Care inquiries and bookings

A website form is an inquiry or message, not a confirmed booking. Availability, suitability, care requirements, cancellation terms, and emergency arrangements must be agreed through the actual booking process. Third-party marketplace bookings remain subject to the relevant marketplace terms.

Orders and digital resources

Review the specific product’s format, included material, price, delivery, and use terms before purchasing. Applicable refund, cancellation, fulfillment, and consumer rights must be set out accurately in the final sales policies. Nothing in this draft removes mandatory consumer rights.

Marketing and privacy
