Refund policy

Mutt & Moment sells printable digital products, including PDF forms, checklists, bundles, and pet-care organization tools.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final once the download or product access has been delivered.

If you have trouble accessing a file, receive the wrong file, or believe there is an issue with your order, contact us through the store contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number and a short description of the issue so we can review it.

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement file, corrected file, store credit, or refund when there is a confirmed delivery issue, duplicate purchase, file access problem, or product error.

Mutt & Moment printable products are for organization and note-taking only. They are not legal, veterinary, medical, or training advice. Purchasing a template does not create a professional advisory relationship.

Future physical products, if added to the store, may have separate return, exchange, shipping, and delivery terms. Those terms will be shown before checkout when physical products are offered.
