Shipping policy

Mutt & Moment currently focuses on printable digital products.

Digital products are delivered electronically after checkout through the store's digital delivery system or order confirmation workflow. No physical item is shipped for digital PDF products unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

After purchasing a digital product, customers should receive access to the purchased file through the checkout confirmation page, order email, or digital download email. Delivery timing can depend on the payment method, email provider, and Shopify's order processing.

If a download link is missing, expired, or not working, contact us through the store contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number so we can review the issue.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If the email address on an order is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with the order details.

Future physical products may be added later. Physical products would have separate shipping rates, delivery timelines, and return terms shown before checkout.
